You Need a Haircut

So how long has it been, really? Like many women, you’re probably growing your hair out because you miss those long, feminine locks, but you should never underestimate the power of a quarterly trim. Unless you’re the hippie type who’s never colored, blown out, curled, permed or straightened your hair, chances are you’ve got more than a few split ends. Although some products promise to fix split ends by “closing the cuticle,” they only work temporarily, and provide more of a quick fix than a solution. Ultimately, if you want “shampoo commercial hair,” you’ll need to keep it healthy. Most experts say you should get a haircut/trim at least every 3 months, but girls with shorter hair should really get it cut every 6-8 weeks to keep the style fresh.

Ladies, don’t let bad hair happen to you…get it cut already.
